Delivery (Shipping) Information

Please note that our shipping charges are for your total order.

All services are tracked.

Delivery predictions shown are from the day of ordering if ordered before 11.00am, or from the following day if ordered after 11.00am. Orders placed after 11.00am on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday and so your delivery time prediction will start from Monday. The number of days shown is always working days only (Monday to Friday).

Any reference to the UK Mainland excludes The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, plus the Scottish Highlands & Islands


UK Mainland Basic Economy Delivery

Our basic economy UK delivery charge is only £3.95 for your total order. This is for a 3 day service. Most services are provided by Hermes although other reputable carriers may be used. You will always be advised of the carrier's name when we send you the tracking number.

UK Basic Economy Delivery to The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, plus the Scottish Highlands & Islands

Our basic economy delivery charge is still only £3.95 for your total order. We will not penalise you for where you live but deliveries may take a little longer than our standard 3 day service. We would suggest around 5 days. Most services are provided by Hermes or the Royal Mail, although other reputable carriers may be used. You will always be advised of the carrier's name when we send you the tracking number.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery

If you need something quickly, then we can offer a Next Day service. The charge is only £7.95 for your total order and the target is to deliver by 6.00pm on the day following the placement of order. Your order must be received by 11.00am in order for us to provide this service. Our next day service providers are usually Yodel, UK Mail (now DHL) or Royal Mail although other reputable carriers may be used. You will always be advised of the carrier's name when we send you the tracking number.

UK Next Day Delivery to The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, plus the Scottish Highlands & Islands

We are unable to offer this service as one of our standard options. It may be available to some locations and so we suggest that you contact us to check on availability and price.

Europe Economy Delivery

Our basic economy European delivery charge is only £9.95 for your total order. This is for a 14 to 21 day service. Services are provided by Hermes and Royal Mail, although other reputable carriers may be used. You will always be advised of the carrier's name when we send you the tracking number.

Sadly, we do not currently supply the whole of Europe, although we are always looking to expand into new markets. We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

Europe Standard Delivery

We are also able to offer a faster service to these countries. The cost is £17.95 for your total order and delivery is 5 days after ordering. The service is provided by DPD or Parcelforce, although other reputable carriers may be used. You will always be advised of the carrier's name when we send you the tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from Goulds Emporium. However, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we are happy to refund if returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and provided that the item(s) remain unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. The cost of returning items is at the buyers expense. Please contact us for return instructions. All of your original payment will be refunded. The refund will be processed when the goods are back with us.


Faulty Goods

If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, or if an item is found to be faulty within 28 days of purchase, then please contact us for instructions. You will be entitled to a full refund of your original payment plus the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or mis-routed orders.
